WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. WHOLESALE ELIGIBILITY

Wholesale accounts are available to approved retail businesses only.
Snook™ reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion.

2. PRICING

  • All prices are listed in AUD.

  • Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Recommended Retail Price (RRP) must not be undercut without written approval.

  • Snook™ reserves the right to adjust wholesale pricing with notice.

3. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES

  • Opening Order: Minimum quantity as specified.

  • Reorders: Minimum quantity as specified.

  • Orders below minimum may not be accepted.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • 50% deposit required to confirm order (for production orders).

  • Balance due prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

  • Orders will not ship until payment is received in full.

5. SHIPPING

  • Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise agreed.

  • Risk transfers to retailer once goods are dispatched.

  • Snook™ is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers.

6. PRE-ORDERS

If ordering on pre-sale:

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidance only.

  • Delays due to production or freight are outside Snook™ control.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.

7. RETURNS & DAMAGES

  • Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Snook™ does not accept returns for change of mind.

8. BRAND & IMAGE USAGE

This is the important one 👇

All Snook™ imagery, photography, marketing assets, logos, and branding materials remain the intellectual property of Snook™.

Approved retailers may:

  • Use supplied product imagery for promotional purposes

  • Use Snook™ lifestyle images on websites and social media

  • Use approved logos and product descriptions

Retailers may NOT:

  • Alter imagery in a way that misrepresents the brand

  • Edit logos or remove ™ marks

  • Use Snook™ imagery to promote other brands

  • Sell images to third parties

  • Use images for paid advertising without written approval

Snook™ reserves the right to request removal of any content deemed inconsistent with brand standards.

9. ONLINE SALES POLICY

Retailers must:

  • Maintain premium brand positioning

  • Not sell below agreed RRP without written approval

  • Not sell on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) without approval

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Snook™ name, logo, product designs and packaging are protected intellectual property.
Unauthorised reproduction or duplication is strictly prohibited.

11. TERMINATION

Snook™ reserves the right to terminate wholesale accounts if terms are breached.
